Associate Principal - Security

📋 Description

• Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
• Guide projects from programming through closeout; clarify requirements and coordinate design.
• Apply engineering judgment; align scope, schedule, and budget; surface risks early.
• Strengthen TEECOM’s system by contributing to GitHub and refining standards/tools/workflows.
• Build client relationships; communicate clearly and contribute to thought leadership content.
• Mentor Designers and engineers to strengthen discipline capability and TEECOM standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC with ICT/Security discipline experience.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs.
• Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and cross-discipline coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit; Bluebeam Studio; GitHub; Microsoft 365.
• Industry certifications preferred: PSP, CPP, CDT, EIT, PE, PMP.
