Associate Principal - Security

📋 Description

• Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
• Guide project teams, coordinate design, and document decisions to TEECOM standards.
• Mentor Designers and engineers to strengthen discipline capability and standards.
• Contribute to TEECOM system by GitHub, documenting nuances, improving standards.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-through.
• Support pursuits and develop technical narratives, blogs, or presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• Experience: 6+ years in AEC or related with discipline-specific capability (ICT, Security, Physical Security, Electronic Security).
• Preferred: Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects and guiding Designers/engineers.
• Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, GitHub, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.
• Certifications: PSP/CPP (Security) — preferred; CDT — preferred; EIT — plus; PE — plus; PMP — plus.
