Lead data requirements and UAT for new product launches.
Stay current on AI tools for financial ops and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Stats; 6-8 yrs exp.
CPA/CA or equivalent preferred but not required.
FinTech/payments/payroll experience a plus.
Proficient in SQL; query, validate in data warehouse.
Deep accounting context; fund flows and audit readiness.
Passion for AI; building AI powered workflows with controls.
