🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience in professional services/consulting.
- Deep ICS/OT cybersecurity expertise incl. architectures, risks, threats, standards.
- Direct experience operating in ICS/OT environments (asset owner, plant, operator).
- Proficiency with OT assets (PLCs, HMIs, RTUs) and OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3); Zeek/Wireshark.
- Ability to collect/analyze network/host data to baseline environments and identify anomalies.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; present findings; travel ~30%.
