🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity, including professional services or consulting
- Deep ICS/OT cybersecurity expertise: architectures, risks, threats, standards
- Direct experience in ICS/OT environments (asset owner, plant, operator)
- Strong OT asset knowledge: PLCs, HMIs, RTUs; Modbus, DNP3; Zeek/Wireshark
- Ability to collect and analyze network/host data to baseline environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication; produce customer reports
- Willingness to travel for onsite engagements (~30%)
