Associate, Portfolio Finance

📋 Description

• Lead external debt and tax equity facilities funding and ongoing maintenance
• Manage transaction workstreams via data room prep and partner coordination
• Adapt, audit, and maintain forecasts and Excel models for solar assets and debt/tax instruments
• Ensure regulatory certifications and approvals meet industry standards
• Diligence funding requests and coordinate with Treasury on wire processes
• Measure and report progress against Generate’s KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in investments, FP&A, accounting, audit or finance
• Ability to audit and build cash/GAAP models for infrastructure assets and debt instruments
• Renewable energy finance or asset management experience strongly preferred
• Strong data analysis skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset
