Develop, test, and maintain Platform APIs and backend services
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to translate requirements
Deliver features on time and with quality standards
Document and maintain codebase standards
Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and production troubleshooting
Help build scalable backend systems for healthcare data

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years software engineering experience
C# or other backend language (Python, Node.js)
RESTful API development and DBs (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Cloud environments (AWS) and CI/CD workflows
Self-motivated, collaborative, coachable
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
