  • Partner with management and employees to resolve issues per Oscar policy.
  • Conduct investigations per Oscar protocol with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Legal, People Strategy, and leadership for Title VII issues.
  • Serve as PR contact across onboarding, stay, exit interviews, grievances.
  • Manage CAP/PIP reviews end-to-end and coach leaders as needed.
  • Use Oscar's case management system (HR Acuity) for issues and investigations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience.
  • 3+ years HR experience investigating harassment, discrimination, etc.
  • 1+ years experience with remote employees and remote investigations.
  • 1+ years knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, accommodations).
