- Manage CAP/PIP reviews end-to-end and coach leaders as needed.
- Use Oscar's case management system (HR Acuity) for issues and investigations.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience.
- 3+ years HR experience investigating harassment, discrimination, etc.
- 1+ years experience with remote employees and remote investigations.
- 1+ years knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, accommodations).
