Conduct unbiased investigations following Oscar protocol.
Collaborate on Title VII investigations with Legal, People Strategy, leadership.
Serve as HR contact through onboarding, stay, exit interviews, and grievances.
Lead CAP/PIP reviews end-to-end and coach leaders.
Use HR Acuity for employee relations, investigations, and policy issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience.
3+ years HR experience conducting and documenting harassment investigations.
1+ years experience with remote employees and remote investigations.
1+ years knowledge of employment laws, EEOC, FMLA, Reasonable Accommodation, FLSA.
