🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience.
  • 3+ years HR experience conducting and documenting harassment investigations.
  • 1+ years experience with remote employees and remote investigations.
  • 1+ years knowledge of employment laws, EEOC, FMLA, Reasonable Accommodation, FLSA.
