Associate People Operations Generalist

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding/preboarding; manage systems and stipends.
• Own onboarding workflows and Jira tickets for new hires and LOAs.
• Support orientations and I-9 verifications for compliance.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS configurations; lifecycle changes.
• Administer Paylocity, Lattice, Nectar, and Asana; keep data accurate.
• Produce ad hoc reporting and dashboards for compliance and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years HRIS experience in People Ops.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HRIS best practices.
• Basic familiarity with benefits plans/designs.
• Excel skills for reporting and reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and problem solving.
• Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
• Preferred experience with Asana, Lattice, and Paylocity.
