  • Lead preboarding and onboarding; add hires to systems and stipends.
  • Own onboarding workflows and Jira ticketing for new hires and LOAs.
  • Support orientations and complete I-9 verifications per compliance.
  • Maintain and audit employee records across lifecycle changes.
  • Administer People tech stack (Paylocity, Lattice, Nectar, Asana) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Build HRIS reports and dashboards for compliance and planning.

  • 3+ years of HRIS and employee data experience in a People Ops/HR environment.
  • Experience with onboarding, data changes, documentation, transitions; HRIS best practices.
  • Basic familiarity with benefits plans/designs.
  • Excel skills and comfort producing accurate reporting and reconciliations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organization, follow-through, and confidentiality.
  • Preferred experience with Asana, Lattice, Paylocity; automation/workflow improvements.
