- 3+ years of HRIS and employee data experience in a People Ops/HR environment.
- Experience with onboarding, data changes, documentation, transitions; HRIS best practices.
- Basic familiarity with benefits plans/designs.
- Excel skills and comfort producing accurate reporting and reconciliations.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organization, follow-through, and confidentiality.
- Preferred experience with Asana, Lattice, Paylocity; automation/workflow improvements.
