- Execute core People processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, job changes).
- Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers; triage questions.
- Manage standard employee relations matters in partnership with PBPs.

- 1β2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, admin support, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate, consistent processes.
- Experience handling foundational HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication across all levels.
- Demonstrated initiative, prioritization, and independent follow-through.
- Experience with HRIS and handling confidential information.
