  • Execute core People processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, job changes).
  • Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers; triage questions.
  • Manage standard employee relations matters in partnership with PBPs.
  • Support recurring People programs (performance reviews, surveys, benefits).
  • Act as an extension of PBPs by tracking action items and progress.
  • Maintain and audit employee data across systems for accuracy and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, admin support, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate, consistent processes.
  • Experience handling foundational HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication across all levels.
  • Demonstrated initiative, prioritization, and independent follow-through.
  • Experience with HRIS and handling confidential information.
