🎯 Requirements

• Prior management consulting experience required; academic medical centers experience preferred.
• 10+ years advising healthcare providers on strategic initiatives (planning, M&A, partnerships).
• 3+ years managing others in a consulting environment.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH).
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong communicator who motivates clients with clear insights.
