• Own systems powering the GTM team's work end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in revenue ops or 2+ with consulting/finance.
• Systems builder mindset—end-to-end tool ownership.
• AI-native mindset; using AI to accelerate workflows.
• Technical proficiency: Salesforce; Airtable, SQL; BI tools a plus.
• Systems thinking; able to design scalable operations.
• Bias for action; growth mindset; ownership of projects.
