Participate in operations safety, security and risk management activities.
Implement and represent the Operations Safety vertical across markets.
Ensure safe systems, standards and procedures aligned with global/regional needs.
Design worker's claim workflow and ISO documentation.
Support crisis management and de-escalation initiatives.
Coordinate with functions, cities and external agencies.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years experience.
Proficiency in Chinese and English.
Experience with high turnover/daily waged workforce.
Experience defending litigation/prosecution.
Predictive analytics skills to anticipate outcomes.
Strong negotiation and settlement abilities.
