🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor's in IT, CS, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year in infrastructure operations/tech or customer-facing tech support.
- Experience with network devices: APs, firewalls, routers, switches, controllers; on-site presence (OASIS).
- Willing to travel up to 15% per year (in/out of state).
- Ability to work rotating/irregular shifts including weekends/holidays; on-call hours may be required.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
🎁 Benefits
