📋 Description

• Manage contracts with key providers to build and maintain a robust network.
• Analyze provider performance and negotiate reimbursement terms under regulatory guidelines.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and execute the network strategy.
• Ensure access to quality care across service areas with provider info and support.
• Report to the Senior Director, Speciality Contracting.
• Hybrid work in NYC with 3 in-office days per week.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting.
• 2+ years supporting provider network strategy development and negotiating provider contracts.
• 1+ years running financial analyses on markets or product lines, and cross-functional collaboration.
• 1+ years organizing large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters.
