• Remote role; open to residents of listed states; travel up to 20%.
• Supports contracting strategies with Network Director and Market Leaders.
• Manages and negotiates provider contracts with regulatory compliance.
• Negotiates Single Case Agreements (SCA) and IDR cases.
• Mentors junior team; supports training and development opportunities.
• Analyzes provider data to inform negotiation and contracting decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting.
• 2+ years supporting provider network strategy and negotiating contracts.
• 1+ years performing financial analyses on markets or product lines.
• 1+ years navigating large data sets like claim files and provider rosters.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
