- Follow up with patients/consumers and HCPs per SOPs.
- Generate follow-up letters and info for product complaints and AEM forms.
- Document call details per Medical Information SOPs; update logs.
๐ฏ Requirements
- B. Pharm / M. Pharm / Life Science graduate.
- 1-4 years in a UK/US call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications; data entry and typing skills.
- Knowledge of customer service practices; ability to handle stressful situations.
- Good listener with people skills, customer focus and multitasking.
