  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for AEs, PCs, MIs and non-standard inquiries.
  • Manage spontaneous and solicited reports: AEs, PCs, medical device and legal complaints.
  • Respond to web-based medical inquiries and product complaints from HCPs and consumers.
  • Follow up with patients/consumers and HCPs per SOPs.
  • Generate follow-up letters and info for product complaints and AEM forms.
  • Document call details per Medical Information SOPs; update logs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • B. Pharm / M. Pharm / Life Science graduate.
  • 1-4 years in a UK/US call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications; data entry and typing skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices; ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Good listener with people skills, customer focus and multitasking.
