Present seasonal product assortment to upper management, wholesale and global teams
Create assortment strategies with fabric knowledge and lead times
Track business performance; identify risks and opportunities for action

🎯 Requirements

A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience
Strong relationships with product development, design, production and buying teams
Deep knowledge of current men’s market
Natural leader and problem solver with a growth mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excell and Microsoft Office skill required
