🎯 Requirements
- MD or MD/PhD in a neurology-related field
- Industry experience in neurology clinical development
- Minimum 2+ years of experience, or equivalent education/experience
- Proven ability to lead teams by example and foster culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest/experience in preclinical or early development programs
- Experience designing and executing clinical studies
- Knowledge of drug safety, compliance, and cGMP
- Ability to analyze and clearly communicate scientific data
- Experience with clinical review software like Elluminate
- Ability to work independently
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience with regulatory requirements and regulatory writing
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in cell or gene therapy is a plus
