- Participate in NPI builds at CM sites and Extreme labs; collect data.
- Analyze production data (yield, scrap, cycle time) to identify improvements.
- Lead root-cause analysis and 8D problem solving; track corrective actions.
- Manage ECO/MCO changes with planning, supply chain, and CM partners.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
- 0โ2 years of relevant manufacturing or hardware experience.
- Knowledge of SMT, PTH, BGA, and mechanical assembly.
- Familiarity with drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and schematics.
- Excel required; Power BI, Minitab, JMP, or Python a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication; curiosity and ownership.
