Associate Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Support DFM, DFA, and DFx reviews for new hardware.
• Create and maintain manufacturing docs: WIs, routings, BOMs, PFMEA, control plans.
• Participate in NPI builds at CM sites and Extreme labs; collect data.
• Analyze production data (yield, scrap, cycle time) to identify improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and 8D problem solving; track corrective actions.
• Manage ECO/MCO changes with planning, supply chain, and CM partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing or hardware experience.
• Knowledge of SMT, PTH, BGA, and mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and schematics.
• Excel required; Power BI, Minitab, JMP, or Python a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; curiosity and ownership.
