Associate Manager, Global Payroll (Remote - East Coast US)

📋 Description

• Ensure multi-country employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Oversee day-to-day payroll processing.
• Calculate and report tax liabilities; reconcile and year-end forms.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors for service delivery and accuracy.
• Respond to and resolve employee queries via the ticketing system.
• Lead, develop, and support the payroll team with inclusivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on payroll with multi-national payrolls.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business administration preferred.
• Professional payroll certification preferred.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Experience with CloudPay and ADP is ideal.
• Strong Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis.
