Associate Manager, Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Ensure payroll for employees across countries and frequencies is accurate.
• Oversee day-to-day payroll processing operations.
• Calculate and report tax liabilities with reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors for service delivery and accuracy.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries via the ticketing system.
• Lead, develop, and support the Payroll Team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of multinational payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
• Payroll certification preferred.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Experience with CloudPay and ADP ideal.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis.
