Associate Manager, Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Ensure employees across multiple countries are paid accurately and on time.
• Oversee day-to-day payroll processing operations.
• Calculate and report tax liabilities; reconcile and year-end forms.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors for service delivery and accuracy.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries via the team's ticketing system.
• Lead and develop the Payroll Team to foster a professional, inclusive environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on payroll experience with multi-national payrolls.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
• Professional payroll certification preferred.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Familiarity with CloudPay and ADP.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis with large data sets.
