- 5+ years in project or account management in client-facing creative roles
- Experience in creative production across audio, video, podcasts, digital
- Understanding how creative execution supports advertiser goals
- Experience managing external vendors (onboarding, performance, planning)
- Clear, thoughtful communication across clients and stakeholders
- Experience with project tools (Asana) and Google Workspace
