Act as program owner and subject-matter expert, leading initiatives.
Partly own and manage a portfolio of compliance programs and projects.
Independently manage a full range of compliance tasks, including Jira workflows.
Lead internal compliance audits and reviews, identifying risks and mitigations.
Proactively identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Standardize and document recurring compliance processes across Customs.

🎯 Requirements

5-7 Years experience in customs operations and/or compliance.
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Licensed US Customs Broker.
Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).
Proven ability to manage projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
