• Negotiate terms, contracts, and payouts for partnerships.
• Identify and launch strategic brand partnerships; build scalable processes.
• Leverage category performance data to refine activation for better results.
• Manage agencies and affiliate tech platforms (Impact Radius) for tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in affiliate, influencer, and brand partnerships.
• Proven track record scaling partnerships with measurable impact.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable owning strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
• Proficient in Google Sheets; experience with Sigma and Lookr.
