Associate Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end consolidation and close across global entities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data from subledger to reporting.
• Support adherence to Parent Company timelines, five-business-day close.
• Identify and resolve consolidation issues impacting reporting quality and timing.
• Maintain audit-ready financials and support external reporting requirements.
• Lead fluctuation analysis and provide business insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Consolidation/close experience in multi-entity environment.
• Fluctuation analysis, variance investigation, and financial commentary.
• Experience with OneStream and FloQast; NetSuite preferred.
• Intercompany accounting, foreign currency, and global reporting knowledge.
• Ability to improve processes and scale finance operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
