Execute lifecycle email, SMS, and push campaigns across onboarding, engagement, and retention
Build and QA campaigns within CRM platforms
Support journey optimization through testing and iteration
Manage Google and Yelp review programs; surface insights
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely responses and escalation tracking
Create and maintain monthly reporting (NPS, app ratings, churn drivers)

🎯 Requirements

1–3 years in marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or customer experience
Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple workstreams
Comfort working with data; pull insights and spot trends
Experience with CRM tools Braze, Iterable, HubSpot is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
