Provide 24/7 emergency support via on-call rota.
Document investigations and share knowledge within the team.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate or early-career with data analysis experience (Excel).
Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, or CS with large datasets.
Fluent/professional English.
Familiar with SaaS platforms or complex data systems.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana (or willing to learn).
Able to work under time pressure; strong communication.
