Strong expertise in Dutch employment law; labour-law master is a plus.
Experience advising on cross-border employment.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; translate complex concepts into business advice.
Fluency in English required.
Prior experience in global or multi-jurisdictional organizations is a plus.
