Draft and implement internal policies to manage risk.
Develop and deliver legal and compliance training.
Handle matters in IP, data privacy, technology, sanctions, compliance, employment, and taxation.

🎯 Requirements

Resilient, high-energy self-starter delivering outcomes
Advises senior stakeholders under pressure
Manages tight deadlines across multiple projects
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (transactional & non-transactional)
English-qualified solicitor with at least 1 year experience
BA/BS/LLB from UK or relevant law degree
