📋 Description

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for local and remote employees
  • Assist with basic monitoring of office systems and devices
  • Troubleshoot OS, applications, hardware, and VoIP tools
  • Assist with desktop and laptop setup, replacements, and upgrades
  • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and device provisioning

🎯 Requirements

  • 0–2 years experience in IT support or help desk (internships/academic welcome)
  • Basic experience with Windows and/or macOS endpoints
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Exposure to device management tools (Intune, MDM, or similar) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi‑Fi, switches, IP addressing)
  • Familiarity with conferencing and AV tools (Zoom, Teams, or conference room systems)
