- Provide day-to-day technical support for local and remote employees

🎯 Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in IT support or help desk (internships/academic welcome)
- Basic experience with Windows and/or macOS endpoints
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Exposure to device management tools (Intune, MDM, or similar) is a plus
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi‑Fi, switches, IP addressing)
- Familiarity with conferencing and AV tools (Zoom, Teams, or conference room systems)
