Respond to IT tickets to troubleshoot issues and install software (onsite/remote)
Set up new MacBooks, monitors, and equipment
Assist with tech needs in the Guadalajara office
Provide on-site IT support for events at internal and external sites
Build out conference rooms, mount AV equipment, and manage cables
Manage receipt, docs, and storage of IT equipment

🎯 Requirements

Experience delivering technical support with a great customer experience
Familiar with Apple macOS hardware/software
Familiar with Windows and other OS
Familiar with Google Workspace and Slack
Familiar with A/V hardware and video conferencing (Zoom/Meet)
Basic networking concepts and device/identity/access management
