- Provide best-in-class service to investors during onboarding and lifecycle servicing.
- Support investor documentation collection (KYC/AML, agreements) with distribution/vendor teams.
- Manage onboarding deliverables to meet onboarding requirements.
- Educate distribution teams and financial professionals on CIM products and vendor platforms.
- Respond timely to internal/external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Handle communications for lifecycle events (redemptions, distributions) for CIM products.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years in investor relations or client servicing.
- FINRA Series 7/63 or Series 99 license a plus.
- MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with SharePoint/Teams.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
