  • Excellent verbal and written communication; build rapport easily.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset and team-oriented attitude.
  • Passionate about real estate; eager to learn and grow.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Willing to work occasional weekends as needed.
