📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and audit tax equity models (partnership flip and T-flip).
• Prepare Investment Committee materials: economics, sensitivities, and risk analyses.
• Collaborate with senior managers on transaction structuring, execution, and deal coordination.
• Analyze sponsor financials, contracts, and diligence to identify risks.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve modeling, diligence, and reporting.
• Support portfolio management and monitor performance against underwriting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or MS a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in renewable energy, structured finance, or infrastructure investing.
• Strong Excel skills; VBA or Python a plus.
• Basic familiarity with tax equity structures (partnership flip, T-flip) or eager to learn.
• Comfortable adopting new technology platforms and integrating AI tools.
• FINRA SIE, Series 79, and 63, or willingness to obtain them under sponsorship.
