🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in P&C insurance with at least 2 years in personal lines product management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Insurance
- Proven product management success in a highly analytical, regulated setting
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze large data sets
- Strong collaboration and communication with a data-informed approach
- Technical skills with SQL, including reporting and dashboards
