Associate, Industry Coverage

📋 Description

• Support senior client coverage and day-to-day execution.
• Build relationships with client contacts and senior stakeholders.
• Learn Crux Market Intelligence and market context.
• Support execution across Crux debt, tax credits, tax equity, and M&A mandates.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing engagement with Crux platforms.
• Coordinate with internal product groups to support mandates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in power/renewables, clean energy finance advisory.
• Experience with debt, equity, M&A, tax equity, or tax credits.
• Strong financial modeling, cash flows, valuation, and analysis.
• Experience preparing client/investor materials (pitch books, CIMs, teasers).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and FINRA SIE/Series 79/63 or equivalent.
