📋 Description

• Support end-to-end product strategy and research for IFP and employer-subsidized solutions.
• Collaborate with PM, market leadership, actuarial, regulatory, ops, and analytics.
• Report to the VP, Insurance Product Innovation and Development.
• Remote/work-from-home role; reside in the listed states.
• Assist filings, launch readiness, and governance activities.
• Coordinate inputs across product, market, regulatory, and ops teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience developing and managing commercial insurance products.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• BS/BA in quantitative or healthcare fields or equivalent.
• 3+ years in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
• Proven analytical ability to translate data into insights.
• Prior experience in Health Insurance or healthcare industry.
