🎯 Requirements

- BS/BA in quantitative or healthcare fields (e.g., Business, Economics, Math, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in fast-paced cross-functional environments (e.g., consulting, finance, economics).
- Analytical skills to translate data into insights.
- Experience in Health Insurance (Individual/Small Employer) or healthcare.
