- Minimum 3 years HR experience across multiple functions.
- Polished written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on with HRIS, payroll and benefits; ATS experience (Greenhouse a plus).
- Strong onboarding process ownership and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
- Data hygiene and HR analytics mindset.
