🎯 Requirements
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state; good standing.
- Minimum 10 years in commercial real estate development, construction or data centers.
- Experience with complex CRE development transactions: JV, project finance, leasing, and construction.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and written/spoken communication skills.
- Familiarity with data center legal issues: triple-net leases, colocation, SLAs.
- Strategic, business-oriented approach to legal issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
