- Work hands-on with business and product teams to embed IP protection by design.

🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in-house and/or top law firms, managing IP portfolios.
- Strategic thinker who handles both big picture and details.
- Calibrate risk; distinguish business from legal risk; clear communications.
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, low-ego collaborator.
- Deep interest in AI, generative AI, and ML tech.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
