π― Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership (and eligible to register as in-house counsel).
- 5+ years of health plan regulatory experience.
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, No Surprises Act, and MHPAEA.
- Familiarity with state insurance laws for fully insured/self-funded health plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex issues to non-lawyers.
