• Own and scale global commercial legal across NA, EMEA, APAC.
• Set commercial risk standards and negotiation frameworks.
• Final decision authority on commercial risk within thresholds.
• Support complex enterprise transactions across regulated markets.
• Build multi-jurisdictional team for commercial, privacy, procurement.
• Design operating model for international expansion and product growth.

🎯 Requirements

• UK/EU or US qualified lawyer.
• 12+ years of in-house tech/SaaS legal leadership.
• Led a commercial legal function at scale.
• Extensive cross-border enterprise agreements experience.
• Preferred: regulated industries experience (FS, healthcare, defense, public sector).
• Preferred: global legal infra in high-growth expansion.
