Associate General Counsel - EPC & Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Lead negotiation and drafting of EPC, construction, and supplier agreements.
• Manage schedules for commercial milestones, warranties, and liquidated damages.
• Advise on change orders, delays, LD exposure, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on complex construction agreements and disputes.
• Align construction timelines with interconnection windows and financing obligations.
• Oversee procurement contracts for major electrical components with flowdowns and warranties.

🎯 Requirements

• Active U.S. state license to practice law; in good standing with a U.S. Bar.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience with large-scale construction/EPC agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to escalate and mitigate project disputes while keeping construction moving.
• Deep understanding of milestone dependencies, LD triggers, and financing impacts.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
