🎯 Requirements

Experience: 8+ years in IP law and commercial transactions
Education: JD and active bar membership (CA preferred)
Enterprise contracting: drafting and negotiating complex enterprise agreements
Strategic thinking with ability to communicate to executives
Risk calibration; distinguish business vs legal risk
Vibe coding: experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Retool
