🎯 Requirements

- Knowledge of federal and state securities laws & regs.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating transaction docs.
- Strong analytical, judgment, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced env.
